Do you accept returns?

We’ll be sad to hear that you'd want to return your Tangle product! But will happily exchange your item for a different one or refund, as long as the product has not been used or engraved. We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery. We can offer a refund on items returned in an unused condition intact within 30 days of delivery. 

Proof of purchase must be provided for us to process a refund. Any items received in a non-sellable condition will not be accepted. All Tangle dog products ordered are covered against manufacturing defects for a period of 2 years after purchase. 

Please note that all clothing items (‘Tangle Merch’ on our store) are unable to be returned as they are printed on demand to produce less waste. Of course, if there is a manufacturing defect with the item, it can be returned and a new one will be sent out. 

How do I request a return/exchange?

How do I return items to you?

Simply post it back to us and once we receive it and providing it fits our return policy, we’ll be happy to refund you. Please note that the cost of return will need to be covered by the customer, as we do not offer free returns.

How long will it take to get my refund? 

Our team will be working hard to process your return as fast as we can once it is back with us. Once we receive your return, refunds should be with you in 5 days.

There is a problem with my order. What should I do?

Thorough checks are made before items leave us, but if you have received your order and there is a fault with any items, email and we’ll get it solved for you.

I can’t see my refund?

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Can I exchange? 

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged or unused and still in original packaging. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and send your item to:
